Does this look like a completed job to you?
I guess it's great if you want bare metal trim/flashing reflecting the setting sun. Not what we expected and not good for "curb appeal". Now, we have to get a painter out to finish what they thought was finished.
BTW- not one worker on site spoke a lick of english. And, my 63 year old handicapped sister shouldn't have had to pickup after them.
Hopefully, the roof doesn't leak.

Asphalt Shingle Roofing Installation and Replacement
I would not recommend using this company. The owner does not honor his warranty. I had a roof installed a few months ago that now requires some repairs. Mario the owner promised on multiple occasions to send someone out to make the repairs but it never happened. Now Mario will not return calls or texts. Additionally, there was quite a bit of damage to my siding, window screens and some wood on my home from the removal of the old roof. The roofers did not put up protective tarps before they removed the old shingles.

This was paid by insurance after hail damage. State Construction contracted the work out to another company. The folks who did our work were easy to work with. We had a problem with a leak that we found around an exhaust vent and they came right out to fix it. That said, we wouldn't have known about the leak had we not been remodeling our bathrooms so be sure to inspect the finished job carefully.

what an amazing crew these guys are. 7:15 a m they started tearing off my old roof even though there was 3 in. of snow from last night on the roof. By 1:15 that afternoon they were done and gone. The clean-up was perfect and it looked like no one was ever there except for my beautiful new roof. Also the company was great to work with and the price was right. I especially that the company rep wore a mask and kept a distance during our dealings because of this covid 19 epidemic. Highly recommend.

Unfortunately, I have had to change this review. This company had good salesmen and nice roofers. Unfortunately, they made a huge error. They made a horrible error and my roof leaked. They blamed my solar panels and argued with me repeatedly about fixing it. I asked a roofer to look at the issue and the roofer immediately said that State Construction put the shingles on incorrectly causing the leak. All that this company had to do was man up and admit to the error and fix it. Instead, they never told me that they made this rookie mistake and continued to blame me for the leak and the damage to my walls that the leak has caused. They finally said that they would come out and fix it, but wouldn't give me a date/time. They simply said that they have another job and would get to it at some point. Due to the leak, I could not wait for them to do this at their leisure.

This customer installed huge solar panels to the roof after we completed the new roof installment. They used 4 inch lag BOLTS which cause the roof to leak. There was no "rookie mistake" by my company. The Customer was informed to look at the contract that stated that if any foreign objects where installed after we completed the roof the contract would be voided. We worked with him diligently (even though I didn't have to) trying to resolve the problem. He didn't agree with my timeframe thus leading to a disagreement. BEWARE OF THIS CONSUMER :)"

This was a repair job, not a new roof install. Despite the very small dollar amount, I was given exceptional service through Ryan Lozier and State Construction. He communicated with me through the initial review, came back out during the insurance adjuster visit, and then again for the actual repair. When the roof needs replacement, or I have any construction job, Ryan and State Construction will be my first call.
