About us

Real Integrity Real Estate Services is a full service real estate brokerage established to offer consumers a significantly reduced commission structure while still offering the best and most effective marketing available to sell your home. Seth Kienzle, Broker for Real Integrity, is a Malone University graduate with a BA in Organizational Management. Seth began his real estate career in 2000 working for a real estate marketing company based in North Canton, OH and received his real estate license in 2002. After working for a traditional brokerage in Westlake, OH for several years, he received his Brokers license in 2006 and began HP Diversified Properties as a real estate brokerage. Seth has successfully listed and sold hundreds of homes and worked with many buyers to help find just the right home.

Seth was great! He helped us through every step of the process to buy our dream house.  He made sure we understood exactly what was needed and how to proceed with each step from the initial offer to signing everything at closing. He recommended great inspectors helping us make sure the home was in tip top shape and guided us through negotiating the few small fixes it needed. He worked closely with our mortgage broker to get us into the house even sooner than we thought was possible. He was never once pushy, always very genuine and made sure we were getting exactly what we wanted. I can't say enough about how great he was. This is our second home purchase and the first was a complete mess. Seth made sure everything went smoothly and made sure we understood each step of the process and were comfortable with everything happening. We will definitely use Seth again to sell our current home and will highly recommend him to all family and friends looking for a real estate agent.
