I was disappointed that no effort was made to contact me. I had activities planned that I cancelled to enable me to be at home during the scheduled appointment. It indicates to me a lack of professionalism and care for the customer. Glad to have learned that before they started cleaning my carpet.
Description of Work: Called for a cleaning appointment on Wednesday Dec. 26, I was told they would arrive at my home between 10am and 12 am Thursday. I prepared all the areas and items for cleaning accordingly. At 11:23am Thursday I called to ask what the status of my appointment was. The woman who answered seemed put out that I would call, and told me that the serviceman would call 30 minutes before arriving. At 2:00pm I gave up the wait, and contacted another cleaning service.
