MERRY MAIDS - CANTON

I was thoroughly disappointed with their service. I called an 800 number to schedule the work and they had someone call me back. One girl came out and spent about an hour and a half cleaning out an empty refrigerator. My daughter was moving her things into the home when they were out cleaning and she did not see the one girl clean almost anything, while the other girl was cleaning almost everything. They spent about three maybe four hours in my home and when I came back and there was still garbage in my cabinets and the drawers in my kitchen, the cabinets weren't wiped out well. I emailed and complained to Merry Maids and they said that they would have someone call me back. No one ever got back in touch with me. I would never use them again. They are F's as far as I am concerned.

Terrible. We spent over $300, and they forgot to do several things (including mopping the kitchen and kitchenette floor). In addition, they showed up unscheduled and unannounced for another visit despite the fact that we told them we wouldn't schedule any further services. When we informed them that we didn't have a scheduled service with them, the woman displayed a real negative attitude and talked down to us.
