 + -1 moreMr. Shengle was very professional on the phone and in person. He even called me back twice (because I had a follow-up question). He told me that he tuned pianos for the Cleveland Orchestra so I expected his work to be top-notch and so I did not check the piano's tuning before he left. As soon as he left, I sat down to play and realized the lowest octave was not in tune with the rest of the piano.
