I use Lowe's.  I was there two weeks ago.  They could have been more punctual and communicated better.

The information and ordering the door was very easy. The installation went well and all mess was cleaned up. The only issues was difficult to get a date for installation with th sub.  It took several calls to the contractor and the store to finally set a date.

They were really very good. It all worked out okay. The service people were really very good, they worked with use so it was very good. It was a very good price. They had one item that didn't come in right so they gave us an upgrade at no cost.

Lowe's Home Improvement had excellent service. The guy was fantastic. He put the door in correctly and he actually fixed another problem that we had in our main garage and that was pretty awesome. It was a good quality door and he noticed the problem with our main door and the lock and the lock and he fixed all that for free. He was great.

Everything went great, beginning with the salesman--Frank--who helped me choose my doors and place my order. It took me a while to make a decision to go forward; Frank called me three times. When I finally went back to place the order, he couldn't have been nicer. Was very straight forward, explaining in detail not only the costs, but the process as well. He had the forseisght to get the door lock keyed to match my current key, something I would not have thought of.

AFter I placed the order, the installer called the next day and I was able to set up his visit to measure the opening. He came at my convenience and was efficient and friendly.

When the door came in, I was able to schedule the job for 3 days later. The installer--Larry of Land K Construction--did a beautiful job. He called me before he finished. I was extremely pleased at how the door looked. He cleaned up and took away my old doors too, which was a big help.

I haven't even had them installed yet, and I'm already regretting doing business with them. The sham goes like this: They advertise a price, but of course that price doesn't apply to anything you want, even if your windows are standard sizes. They advertise $99 installation, but that doesn't include wrapping and other normal, non-optional services. The make you pay $35 to send a guy out to measure, even though you have already carefully measured every dimension. He is of course the high pressure salesperson. He writes up vague contracts with no details of little things like, say, how much each window is, or how much installation is, etc. Then, when you finally agree, they have to send somebody out to measure. Wait, didn't we do that already? I'll let you know how it goes when the job is done, but like I said, I'm already regretting it!

Paid for and scheduled an in-house visit, but nobody told the guy that was to come out. Missed work and wasted my morning. I finally called Lowe's and he came. The store had promised $99 installation, but it was closer to $300 for each window, even though they knew exactly what the installation was (they charge extra for things that are basic and HAVE to be done). Wouldn't provide an itemized estimate, so it was hard to compare or tell what discounts were actually inclued.

Installation representatives had good personal apperance,friendly,asked questions to assess for satisfaction of process,cleaned work area when finished. Trained at RC Drage Vocational College.

I called the guy and he called me back the same day. He came the next day and measured. He had the work done in a couple of days. He was very punctual and did a really good job. They did basically what I asked. I didn't want them to haul it away so they put it in the garage for me. They cleaned up after themselves. They explained everything they were going to do and it was a good service.

The price was pretty fair. They did a great job. He was very conscientious about making the doors level. He showed me exactly how it worked and what key went to what. He was here from eight thirty until four. He ate lunch in his truck then he went right back to work.

I had great service from Lowes, but I don't like the dishwasher. It is quiet, but that is the only good thing about it. It is hard to load, and things fall over all of the time. I will go back to Lowes, but I will not buy this product again.

It was a good experience. They came out and they did everything that they were supposed to do and did it really well. I didn't have any problems at all with them.
