Deposit of half down $3500.00 He will not return a call, text or email. Stay away from this company. The Ohio BBB has many postings about the company and the owner. I reported him to the Ohio Attorney General. I am disabled and if he will steal from me, he'll steal from you.

I would not recommend Greentown Carpet. The owner was disrespectful of my time, making multiple appointments to either not show up or call an chance the time. Never answers his cell phone and the VM message box is always full so that you can not leave a message. Not even an apology. Shout out to the installers, they did a great job.

Terrible customer service. Happy to take my money, did not order carpet. Had installation day scheduled....no showed....had to call and ask if he was coming. Told installation crew we were waiting on painters and that's why install was cancelled!!! Lied.....about practically everything!!!! Wrong padding.....carpet for FR was not here.....but apparently it was going to take more than one day for installll......which Jeff never told us. My husband and I had to take multiple days off work.....deal with multiple phone calls and distractions from his incompetence. Just an awful experience. Do not hire- ever!!!
