Piano Tuning
Fantastic experience.
The piano was acquired ~4 years ago and had not been tuned since coming to the house (or likely several years before acquisition). It was very out of tune.
Fred arrived and dove into the work. He found missing felt, uneven keys, signs of prior mice residents, and a miserably out of tune piano. The job took 2 visits - visit 1 was tuning with visit 2 fixing missing felt, key alignment and fine-tuning the tuning. Fred did a tremendous job and piano is now in tune.
In a year when a retuning is needed will absolutely seek Fred out again and schedule with him. Genuinely a nice person with great tuning patience and skills.

Piano Tuning
Returned my call from earlier in the day as soon as he arrived home. He was available the following morning and showed up promptly. Piano sounds great.
