Description of Work: Bought a hybrid bike there a couple of years ago from Ernie himself. I had actually taken my old mountain bike in to have it repaired...it was pretty beat up, though. Very polite and not pushy at all, he took time to explain how repairing it would probably not be cost-effective...which is what I thought he might say. I bought a new Trek bike at a competitive price. While riding up a hill only a few days after I bought it, the rear dérailleur broke off. I took it back to Ernie's, and the service guy replaced the derailleur right then, no questions asked. He then tuned up the bike, no charge, too. Any time I have gone into the store the staff are friendly and knowledgable...and the quality and service are so much better than Wal Mart?

 + -1 moreThey also had a special from Angie's List like for doing minor repairs it was $69 but ours was major so we had to pay $120. We have been using their services for a while. They really tried to match for what your needs are. The problem we had with it was that they had to order it and we had to wait some time but they tried to make it more comfortable for us.
Description of Work: We had brought a bicycle from Ernie's Bicycle Shops some years ago and it was kind of unused and my daughter wanted to use it, so we had it all tuned up and fixed for $120 about a year ago during the spring. They did new tires, lubricate everything.
