Excellent. Licensed contractor (Ohio License #45258)
Sales: Very professional and knowledgable. Very helpful. Was present when installation began.
Installation: Prompt. Professional. Knowledgable. Thorough. Wore uniforms. Used check sheet to assure all work was done. Had problem when charging. Tech would not leave until problem was diagnosed and fixed (Until about 8PM. Very impressed). Cleaned up after work was finished.
After Sale and Installation: County permit and inspection arranged. Followed up to be sure we were satisfied.

They respond quickly for emergency service and provide quality technical expertise.
They fully explain if they locate a problem and follow up the explanation with pictures if needed.
