At first, they were not aware that the love seat was leather but, when they realized there was a mistake they took full responsibility and went out of their way to take care of my needs. They were able to quickly locate the correct cleaning tools and sent someone immediately to finish the work. They were prompt and even called me to let me know they were coming early. They were very efficient and clean. Everything was wonderful.
Marie, who scheduled my appointment, was very pleasant and personable. I expressed some concerns with an upcoming surgery and she was so sweet, she said she would pray for me. She asked me to let her know how everything went after.
