Elizabeth (owner) arrived at my home, took window measurements and we discussed options. She was professional, low pressure and very knowledgeable about her products. The order was placed and in app. 2-weeks the blinds arrived. Installation was scheduled at my convenience. The installer arrived promptly and did a great job. She was very professional and respectful of my new carpeting.

We had a minor manufacturer issue with one (1) blind. The issue was resolved and a new blind was ordered and installed on arrival. 

Their customer service and responsiveness was fantastic!

The blinds were delivered on time as promised.  The installer was efficient and respectful of the new carpet and paint on the walls.  The blinds look wonderful and fit perfectly.
