I did not get the results they said I should have received. They are unwilling to work with me at all on refunding my money.

On 4/2/12 I ordered the product, and finally called customer service back on 4/23/12 when I still hadn't received the two television crystals. I spoke with Dorris, who told me that another staff member transposed the zipcode and someone else accidentally received the item. She said they would re-send the product to me, and they would arrive in 7-10 business days. She said if I didn't get them, to call back at 888-825-4416. One day later on 4/24/12, I got a FedEx return label to return the product. Problem was, I never received the product. I called back again on 5/1/12, spoke to Josh, and told him about the letter/missing merchandise and I was quite abrupt. I asked for my money back, but he reassured me that the product would still be arriving within 7-10 business days. I also asked to speak to his manager, and he said she (LeighAnn) was too busy to come to the phone after a long hold. Josh told me she OK'ed sending a check to give my money back. But I never saw that either.
