Normally I don't do reviews but I feel obligated to let anyone considering this company know the type of person you could be dealing with for your home/property since good contractors are hard to find. I bought a duplex from the owner of this company. We agreed on repairs to be done which he ended up self performing or at least attempted to self perform since he owns his own business. He didn't want to perform half of the repairs from the start which I said whatever about, wasn't going to argue over a couple hundred more dollars as long as the big stuff was handled which still didn't occur, go figure. Definitely would not trust the so called repairs he does. Below are just a couple items that we found laughable as repairs that were "taken care of" - Bathroom ventilation to the outside rather than into the attic, this repair was done with a small desk fan being placed in the attic and signed off as "done." - Main electrical service wire needed replaced, instead he put a covering over the wire to make it look like it had been replaced, cost the tenant and myself thousands of dollars on his electric bill and to have the wire REPLACED as it should've been initially also was a fire hazard so that's lovely that there was no care in the world of a possible fire with a family living inside. - Handful of electrical repairs which so far only about half of them were actually addressed (only the obvious things you can see without having an electrician present) All of the little repairs that I had to have redone I ended up just letting it go and not saying anything however as I thought more about it and the issues kept piling up with his "repairs" I realized nobody should have to deal with this type of work ethic or lack of accountability from a contractor. I also reached out and attempted a resolution with him since I now have to pay more people to redo his work the correct way, but he basically said it's not his problem. Might try to fool you and act like a good church going guy on the outside, but definitely is not one and will put the screws to you to save a dime. Choose your contractor wisely, would never have someone that cuts every corner they possibly can work on my stuff and I didn't even want him self performing most of it to begin with other than the AC unit installation which I said was fine that he installs. So far that's the only thing that may have been done correctly. Although I've had 2 HVAC professionals from a qualified company make repairs on that as well in the short time I've had the property. Super untrustworthy and doesn't care about the residents in the property he works on. They have a small child living in there for crying out loud and you had the audacity to cover up a service wire that was supposed to be replaced? Unreal and unacceptable work. Don't risk your finances or your family.

The worker did good, however I needed additional work completed he took pics to discuss with owner I had several reminders sent to owner. Owner responded but never responded when and if the work could be completed. Because of this is for the C rating.

Our situation was a bit of a mystery, and these guys knew exactly what to look for (things we never would have considered on our own). It took about 2.5 hours, but the source of the short was finally located and corrected. Very professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and tidy. Will definitely call again.

This company provides excellent service. I contacted Beyond Best Services after a tenant informed me the A/C was not cooling. After giving him a long back story about the unit that most contractors would have cut short, he schedule a time for the next day to meet my tenant and diagnose the problem. When he arrived, condenser was a frozen block of ice so he advised my tenant to shut it off and he would come back in 24 hrs. after he thawed out. At the next appointment time, the weather was so bad that he couldn’t work outside so he took the initiative to reschedule with my tenant again. After diagnosing the AC, he advised that the unit was not very old and, if it was his, he would try and recharge the refrigerant and add sealant. His pricing was much more competitive than similar contractors in the area. Beyond Best Services acts in the customers best interest doesn’t try to up-sell to a more expensive fix. Their payment options are convenient and their response is prompt. I look forward to using Spencer and his team on other jobs in the near future.

Service was excellent and speedy! This was the day before the July 4th holiday, temperatures were in the 90's, and I had family coming to town. Spencer was able to get me in the day I called, arrived on time, and was able to fix the AC unit within about an hour. It's been working great ever since! Very reasonable considering the last minute service. I will definitely hire for any future HVAC needs.

Spencer was able to "on the spot" contact Moen about our problem and talk to their technicians to identify how to fix our out of date faucet.  He ordered the faucet immediately.  The new faucet arrived with incorrect extensions and could not be used.  Spencer had to get back on the phone with Moen and find out how to work around this problem.  This took extra time.  He was able to identify and order the correct extension.  He then had to make a third trip to our house to install it to make the faucet work perfectly.  He did this without any complaint or frustration and there was no extra charge.

I just called him and two days later the faucet at one of my rental units was fixed. He emailed my invoice and I paid it today. Great service.

Spencer responded quickly to the problem.  He was very courteous and professional.  He went above and beyond to fix the issues.

You can trust thus company. I went through many visits and discussions with other furnace installation companies and they were not trustworthy. I will call Beyond Best first for any repair I may need.

Beyond Best Services designed a plan and went to work right away. This was perfect because I wanted the job done before I went overseas for 3 weeks. Beyond installed new ductwork in the hard-to-get craw spaces. The team made good finishing touches too. No problems since the installation a month and a half ago (that means I'm a happy landlord who can enjoy more time at home). Get this business' number and save it somewhere when you need it!
