He missed a lot. Found a lot he didn't make much effort in looking at. Example being in the attic. Didn't even bother going up. Just poked his head up there and we are having to make several repairs he could have caught if he put a little effort and went up there. Was recommended by a friend and will not do again, do your research, use someone who is not lazy.
