"It should be noted that the member hired our company to repair and paint rooms where some were previously prepped and painted from wallpaper removal by a wallpaper installer who she had hired and fired due to her dissatisfaction. Per the signed contract, using her paint, our crew of four prepped and painted the walls our standard two coats and in some rooms up to four, and extended 33 additional non-billed man hours. She called once about extra charges for the extra work she requested and I assured her we were honoring the original contract as our goal was her satisfaction. On the last day, she said to our crew "I want to apologize for having been so difficult to work for this past week." Prior to my picking up final payment, she had 24 hours to inspect the quality of our work. She expressed no concerns and two months have gone by without any contact until the Angie's List letter. Her complaint and slander against our company is unwarranted and will not be rewarded with a refund. As her report did state, our company was responsive, punctual, and professional and completed the job at the original contract price. We take pride in the quality of our work and have numerous satisfied customers and clients and we will continue to serve them well."
