WOW Windowboxes

Perfect! I have used them for probably at least 5 years, doing 4 seasonal plantings/year. Also have the irrigation system. Love my flowers/plantings year round. I think initially there were some struggles early on when Sue was doing the scheduling. Do not think she is doing this any longer. They are very good at communicating, especially when there might be a frost prior to the winter planting or an especially hot time during the spring with instructions on how to give the boxes an extra watering. Saw the 2 negative reviews and wanted to add a very positive one!

We saw this product a few years back at the home and garden show. I asked for a quote and the next thing you know they were outside my home in the early morning hanging the boxes. I called to let her know that I did not agree for them to be hung but never received a call back. They sent a bill which I did not pay and was not planning on paying until the women showed up at my house one day wanting her money I did pay her because they were on my house I did tell her I was not happy with how the entire situation took place and she told me she would not charge me for the irrigation system which broke 3 months later. I attempted several calls and once again never received a call back. The boxes themselves are fair at best. We took the boxes down because they were starting to show signs of falling apart and yellowing we did paint them. I would never do business with this company again people asked where we found them and I refuse to tell them about this company.

This is our third year with the company - It is a mother and son owned company - First & second year went well - They charge $35.00 per foot for installing flowers in our self irrigation flower window boxes in front of our house - We have four boxes so our total is $493.19 per planting - They try to get you to do four plantings a year but we only do one - Well, last summer we called them because we had a neighbor who was interested in their services and wanted to know if they had any type of referral program - The mother said "We would get our next planting FREE - Awesome we thought so we gave her the referral name, address and phone number - The neighbor bought their services and are using them again this year - This year when we called the company to schedule our summer planting we reminded them of our FREE planting due to the referral who bought - For the first month they were not returning our calls or scheduling the summer planting - After calling us back over a month later the mother scheduled our summer planting but never said it would not be FREE - We knew something wasn't right the first couple days because the flowers starting dying - Turns out they installed a defective valve for the self irrigation which they would have known if they would have just taken a minute to make sure it worked before they left in a hurry - Then a week later we get a bill for $493.19 - We thought it was a mistake because of our FREE planting due to our referral we gave them so we didn't pay it - We get a second bill for the same amount so we called - Now the mother's son wants to speak for his mom and say that she never said it and refuses to give us our FREE planting - He said he would take off a $100.00 but that is it -  If it was not FREE we would have never had the summer planting because we would never want to do business with a company who can NOT keep their word - Lastly, when we did mail our check in the son called back because he wanted the invoice with the check - We said you only mailed us a one copy invoice so if you needed a copy of the invoice then it should be a two copy invoice - You can not tell your customers they can't have a copy of their own invoice - The problem is that he doesn't remember how much he made the invoice for and did not save it on his computer - So he thinks we are making up our own price without a copy of the invoice- SAD SAD SAD
