Home Inspection
DS Engineering arrived on time for the appointment. Went through the analysis in proper detail with a professional approach.
They provided us with recommendations/alternatives that we should consider for current and future repairs. Suggested approaches of what should work and not work for foundation repairs including high end to low end costs.
Plenty of time was given to explaining issues and areas that we needed additional information on as well as questions that we had.
The cost for the analysis was within competitor range and in two(2) instances was less.
The turn around time frame estimated for their work deliverable was met (1-2 days).
DS Engineering continues to provide us with support for ongoing questions that we have.
They have exceeded all our expectations.

Home Inspection
D S ENGINEERING LLC was very good. He was polite and friendly. He was easy to talk to. He was also very specific as to what was going on and what had to be done to fix the problem. The other guys that came were too vague. He was far superior.
