Our cat passed on day before Easter and they were open. We bought the rememberance package. They gave us time to say our goodbyes and were respectful. Because of holiday we received the ashes on a Tuesday.

All County Pet Crematory and Memorial Services, does private cremations for individual pets and I got his ashes back the same day, it was really great. I had shopped around for individual creation and they had the lowest price. I also, bought a urn from them and now I have my dog's ashes at home. It was a pleasant experience.

THEY DO NOT DO MORE THAN ONE PET CREAMATION AT A TIME, THEY ARE VERY SENSITIVE OF THE OWNERS NEEDS AND EMOTIONS DURING THIS PERIOD
