Wm Kramer & Sons has been my HVAC people for over ten years. Joe, the technician that usually works on my products, arrived on time and was friendly as usual. Kramer's is and has always been professional . efficient, and fair. From the owner on down this company is honest and very reasonable in regards to the prices they charge. They will not suggest parts or repair you do not need. I highly recommend this company.

Quoted me price to replace both parts. Gave me part names and was not offended when i looked them up online. Quote was very reasonable. After parts cost realized labor was between $125 and 150. Not bad at all. Replaced parts in about an hour.

I called Jim Kramer at Noon and he returned my call by 1:00. He came right out and performed a service call on my air conditioning unit that was not working. He found some clogged tubing, fixed them and had the unit running. Very pleasant and professional. We will call this company again if we need any other work performed on heating or air conditioning.
