I would definitely not recommend these people to anyone. Made several promises only to never be heard from again.

They reminded of shysters. Too much soothing talk, not enough actual working. They sent out a representative to estimate. They had to subcontract out the foundation work. The guy that did the deck was highly qualified.

Replace bathroom shower and tub surround, install shower faucet. Raub subcontracted all of the work. Had to call back because there was a gap next to the faucet, shower head installed at wrong height and tub faded after first cleaning. They eventually made it right after calls and a letter. They were more than another quote but I figured they would be worth it. I would not call them again for anything.

This has been a nightmare. The french doors between the addition and the house has a step up which is difficult because I have artificial knees. They built a handicap ramp. The rail has sharp pieces of wood sticking out. Some of the gaps between the beams are really bad. The ramp itself cost $8000. You would expect the railing to be straight but it's not. They paid my son to take down the wood siding which was underneath the aluminum siding. I purchased the insulation that my son put in so the drywaller could install the drywall. I could go on and on. There has been problem after problem. They are procrastinating and putting it off. I just want to get what I paid for.

I’m satisfied with them. They did a good job. There was a screw up in our order which made the job run along. Other than that the service they gave me was just fine once everything got straightened out. They made every effort to make it little better because there was a screw up. They gave me a couple of breaks. They are pricey. Their quality was good. It was great. They were responsive and right there all the time. They’re good with punctuality and professionalism. I will use their services again in the future.

Company delayed work due to weather after giving me one day notice that they would start. (Was agreed that they would notify me one week in advance.) Rescheduled. The day work should have started they were a no show. I had to call to find out they could not start because of equipment failure. They never called me to inform me they were not coming. I told them to forget it, I would find a more reliable company.

On July 5, 2007, a Raub representative came to our house to estimate the cost of building a small deck for us. Although, he said he'd have an estimate for us in a few days, we never heard from him or the company again. That was four weeks ago, today. This was very disappointing, since Raub is heavily advertised in the Youngstown area, and we expected better treatment.
