Ryan replaced my sump pump and the backup battery. It took a little more than an hour to do the entire job. Ryan was professional and knowledgeable about his job. I highly recommend A to Z Dependable Services.

This company replaced a hot water tank for me. They didn’t flush the lines before turning the water back on and totally clogged up my kitchen sink and dishwasher. When I told the technician that my kitchen sink had no pressure, he told me it would be an additional $300 to unclog it. Had to hire another plumber and appliance repair company to replace kitchen faucet and dishwasher part. Never again!!

Very disappointed that they left my backyard a mess left tore up concrete. took my fence down between me and my neighbors and never put it back up left my backyard is safety hazard and I have small children that play back there it's been over a month it's been sitting like this and still is currently now.

I called A to Z to have a quote for fixing my broken sewer line. They gave a reasonable quote for fixing the basement and would follow up with a quote for the outside. Mike Hillard and Nicholas Kowal were the two professionals that A to Z sent out to fix my broken sewer line in the basement. Mike was friendly and extremely knowledgeable. He was the one I had the most contact with. Mike has 25 years experience and it shows. Mike and his team realized that the basement wasnt what was my real problem was. So instead of doing what was in the quote which wouldnt fix my problem completely, he set out to fix the problem completely while still staying within the quote price. He was able to fix the basement as well as fix the crushed pipe outside in the devil strip for the original quote amount. The whole process took only a day and half. They used all the proper materials and left the area cleaned. I am completely happy with the service that A to Z provided and would recommend them especially Mike Hillard.

My husband and I just bought a house a few days ago, and yesterday the main drain to the house backed up. We called A to Z and Justin Hall was our technician. He was fantastic!! My husband was not home, so Justin made sure to explain everything to me very thoroughly. He was very professional while he worked as well. He put covers on his shoes the second he walked in the door!! He cleaned up after himself and after they left you couldn’t even tell he was there. Anytime I need plumbing services I will be requesting Justin.

Every crew member has been courteous and respectful. They are always prompt and they get the job done quickly. No complaints whatsoever and we always call A to Z for plumbing needs.

Sent repairmen in a timely manner. Found source of leak and replaced the water supply line to toilet. Later on that evening, I noticed the same wet spot again in basement. Called and they could have sent repairmen back out but it would have been 9:30 pm. I simply shut off water supply to that toilet and set up for someone to come out the following morning. Repairman showed up, bright and early. Said the guys that came out day before should have installed new shut off valve when they replaced water supply line. Fixed the problem with no added charges and everything was as good as new.

The plumber came and was pleasant but for me it was the total lack of transparency of pricing. He was there a total of 30 mins and changed only a $2 rubber seal on one sink, tightened pipes on another as no work was needed and looked at some slight water in the basement with me. He then told me the price would be $170 dollars for 30 mins of work i thought he was joking as he just picked a number out of the air there was no clear way why he priced it at that cost. The minimum is an $85 dollars when called out. In general the company is professional to a certain extent but without clear pricing you fell like you are being ripped off. its a shame to write this but this is how i felt.

Regret using this company. Had them out twice due to septic tank was leaching into yard right next to the tank. Both times they focused on the wrong pipes. The second time after performing $715 on the wrong pipe (they confused the perimeter pipe for the septic tank pipe, which is not even close to the tank). Once they determined that they had the wrong pipe they began looking at the tank for the pipe. They could not find it and shared their office would have to call and schedule an excavator to come out stating they eere not willing to dig by hand. They estimated cost to be up to an additional 2500. I was suspicious they did not know what they were doing and called another company. The new company immediately knew where everything was and in 20 minutes solved the problem at a cost of a few hundred dollars. They could not believe a company would misjudge a perimeter pipe as having anything to do with the tank. They immediately found the problem which required a few shovels of dirt to expose. The problem was in a box right next to the tank, right where the backup was. Seemed like a no brainer even to me as to where to start the search! Wish i had called this company before trying A to Z. What a waste of hard earned dollars. Also the A to Z office never did call me with an estimate or date to come back out. The guys from A to Z also suggested that I just keep having the tank pumped every few months versus looking to solve the problem. What kind of solution is that!?

Extremely please with the service I received today! Ended up with a repaired disposal and two great new toilets installed the same day. Thanks Ivan and Matt!

The guys showed up on time and were very friendly and professional. All estimated costs were given upfront, along with discussion of any potential problems. They dug a trench and were careful to avoid harming certain the sidewalk and a stone wall nearby. They finished in one day. We are very pleased with everything and now have great water pressure.

Service went well, very pricey though. Provided quote to evaluate pipe out to street that was extremely expensive. I felt they recommended work that was not necessarily needed, therefore did not pursue additional evaluation. Have not had a problem in almost a year. I will consider this company in the future for quality of work, but with caution on price and their recommedations of addional work that may not be necessarily needed.

We had a leak at the angle meter valve near the main shutoff in our home. Due to it being located next to the furnace, and terrible visions of water spewing everywhere in my head, I opted to have a professional come out and do it. Brian was extremely helpful and responsive, and told us right away what we needed to do. I called the office and scheduled with Sarah, who was also extremely helpful. It's tough to deal with the local water company here who isn't very flexible or helpful in coordinating times, but Brian and Sarah made sure they had someone available when we needed them that afternoon
The repair was done by Chris, who was a friendly, personable guy who got the job done right away and right the first time. 
Couldn't have asked for a better experience start to finish. Very much appreciate it.

• Repairs were done and workers friendly.
• The amount of money charged in the bill we received was $85 higher than the amount shown to me at the site.
• We paid the invoice by check (and disputed the $85), then found out (in the meantime) that A to Z charged my wife's credit card without her permission nor knowledge. The check had already been sent, and within about a week of receiving the invoice. They must have pulled her card information from work they did at our residence a year earlier. This was quite upsetting.
• I complained vehemently. They withdrew the CC charge. Currently, we are told our original check is lost and we will likely need to stop payment and write another one. This is ongoing as of this writing.

REGARDING THE BATHROOM QUOTE: they were VERY SLOW to respond to my request for quote on the new bathroom. I had to pester them to get the quote sent to me 5 days later than I requested. After sending it via email, they had someone call me to try to up-sell me to expand the bathroom to include a shower and place the whole thing downstairs. He had no idea of our situation at the property. This was a serious red flag to me that caused me to get another quote that turned out to be a little less than ½ their quote ($850 vs $1350). My trust in this company is gone. We used them before and thought they were high priced but good quality. Now I am convinced they try to get every $$ out of a customer. Beware.

Guys were great. Had problems with the equipment at first but they got it working.
