Dave at Falls was hands down one of the most professional contractors i have ever worked with. I had went through a few previous contractors while trying to close on a 203k FHA loan for my house and where they failed Dave stepped in and got me my house. Without him i would have lost out on a house i spent almost 6 months working on getting. 
Dave showed up on time every single time we had a scheduled meeting. He was very knowledgeable and made it clear to me the what, why, and how things would be done. I could not be happier with his service and he is not my go to contractor for any and all projects i have around my house.
