Rx2 Powerwash LLC

The company called the morning they were supposed to be here at 9 a.m. to tell me they weren't coming because of the slight rain. We rescheduled for a week out. That morning they were to be here early again. I waited 45 minutes after my appt. time to call and see what was going on because no one had showed up at the scheduled time. I was told there was another job that needed finished from the previous day and that they would be here within a half hour. So, he comes without water after we had already talked about him needing to supply water (I figured that is why my price was a higher than I expected) and less than an hour and 15 mins or so later he was done. I was asking about streaks... I was told they would wash off in the rain as well as these dark spots on the road side of the house. Gutters and soffit looked great. However, when I went outside there was an overwhelming smell of bleach. I mentioned it; he said they use a 3:1 ratio of bleach... Well, my bushes/flowers in the front were covered with dying branches, leaves the next day as well as several other plants around the house. He came back to fix the house streaks/spots a week later when we called to say we weren't happy. Again, he was here less than 30 mins. Said he had never had plants die/look like that before. However, he didn't offer to refund any of our money or try to make anything right with my plants...We still aren't happy with his work and have another gentleman coming out this week to fix the streaks and brown spots RX2 left on my siding. As for my plants, they are all trimmed the best I can, and I am hoping they do not die completely. I will not hire this company again. I am very disappointed and upset with the quality of their work. I thought this company would be good because they were rated well with Angie's list and with Home Advisor; We were not pleased at all. They were pleasant, but they have my money and I am now paying another gentleman to clean the brown streaks and spots. Even our neighbors were coming to look closer after the initial power washing; they could tell from their homes that something wasn't right with ours. I can tell you, none of them will be hiring this company either.

It went great. They were very accommodating. I kept adding things as we went along. They were patient and explained things to me. Very professional.
