REID'S TREE CARE

Each time, the consultant they’ve sent has been extremely responsive and flexible in scheduling an on-site evaluation and estimate. I’ve always been impressed with Reid’s knowledge and consideration - and the fact that they are very conservative with regards to complete tree removal if it’s at all possible to save the tree. In addition, Reid’s quotes have been very competitive, and they’ve always completed the job on time and completely to my satisfaction.

I can’t recommend Reid’s Tree Care and their staff highly enough, and will continue to use them as long as I’m in the area!

They cut down the tree on 6/10 and left the brush in the backyard because it was too wet to put through the chipper and then they came back on 6/11 and cleaned everything up. There wasn't even a leaf left on my driveway. They did a wonderful job! Worth every penny!

I like the good communication. They got back to us with quotes, and they came out when they said they were going to. The quotes were really reasonable, and they did follow-up work. They could not necessarily complete it all at one time. So, they came back and were always letting us know when they were going to come back. When they said they were going to come, they did each time. They were very conscientious of our neighbor because they had to go to our neighbor's property to get to our trees. They went and talk to her; they made sure that she was okay with the work that they were doing. They took precautions to make sure that nothing of her property was damaged or stepped on. So, they were just really nice about that.

we got quotes from 3 comps, all were virtually the same price. we choose Reid based on a recommendation. Also Reid quoted the same work a few yrs earlier and provided expert advice; which trees to cut, when, how, etc., but we put off doing the work originally. Recently our ins. comp intervened and required that we do the trimming work before renewing our policy.. we were very satisfied with the work, it was expensive, but considering the amt of the work that had to be done with ropes instead of the boom, we probably shouldn't be surprised. the work was completed over the course of a few days, weather permitting.

They know the correct way of trimming trees, taking them down, fertilizing the trees and protect from pests. She is willing to do a yearly consultation to check on the well being of the trees/shrubs and makes suggestions on care. She knows every disease that a tree or shrub can have! She is just remarkable.
