Joe Ferrando (contractor) was very helpful and accommodating in completing our basic design and in the selection of cabinet and plumbing options. His workers were conscientious in cleaning up each day and making an effort to minimize the mess during demolition. Since this is an old house (1922), there were the inevitable surprises that turned up during demolition, which Joe dealt with effectively. There were a few delays in cabinetry installation, which were partially the fault of the cabinet mfr., but could have been minimized if the products were carefully inspected when received, and re-orders promptly placed. There were a few cabinet finish work details that could have been better with a little more forethought and attention.

If any flaws are found, have them come back right away to do the repairs because they won't come back after that. They also took the air conditioning unit down to paint the ceiling and it fell down a couple of weeks after they did the work. They left the molding around the floor for us to paint. I thought this was something they should've done.

I ALSO TOLD HER THAT I WOULD BE HAPPY TO COME OVER AND PERFORM A FREE TOUCH UP/REPAIR SERVICE FOR ANYTHING SHE WAS UNHAPPY ABOUT. CURRENTLY SHE IS VERY HAPPY WITH US AND ASKED ME ABOUT FUTURE WORK."

I was thoroughly impressed with the work they did and with their professional attitude. They were just fantastic. Our kitchen and bathroom look great and I'm emailing everyone pictures to show it off. When needed we would hire them again in the future.

The entire process was as painless as I'd hoped it would be. From the start of the project, Joe worked with us to keep our budget down, and we definitely feel like we got more than our money's worth. Once the work started, the crew was punctual, friendly, unobtrusive, and very professional. I have nothing but good things to say about the work Joe and the gang did, and I'd certainly use them again in the future.

The thing that impressed me most is that a lot of people have multiple crews, so they're not always on your job. Joe is one of these guys where he shows up and is always on the job from start to finish. The house I live in was built in 1860, so he had a lot of challenges dealing with stone walls and dimensions that are not even, and he did a fantastic job constructing this bathroom.

Outstanding. Joe remodeled our bathroom a little over a year ago. He does a great job and he does the work himself. We changed our minds countless times during the planning stages and Joe was always very patient and came up with some very creative alternatives. He is a craftsman who takes pride in his work. We are upset that we don't have any other projects to do in our current house but we will definitely use Joe when we buy our next house.

PROFESSIONAL, DID THE WORK, GREAT CLEAN UP WITH REFERENCES AND PICTURES. DID EXACTLY WHAT THEY WANTED. TO CLEAN UP THEY DIDN'T USE HER SINK THEY DID IT OUTSIDE AND DIDN'T DUMP IT IN HER YARD EITHER.
