They did a good job initially and I was happy with their performance. However when I expected them to return in the spring they did not show up and repeated phone calls went unanswered.

It went great.

We called Dave Hines and asked that he winterize our sprinkler system. He scheduled an appointment within the next week. Dave arrived on time; inspected the system; advised us of what he was going to do and the price; then performed the work quickly and efficiently. He let us know when the job was complete and said he would mail the bill, which he did within the week.Dave is very professional and knowledgable. Hines does the work with no muss, no fuss and no friles. Dave is very personnable in person and on the phone. When we moved in, the sprinkler system was not working. We called Hines nd they came right out and got the system working that day. We have had them back each year to start the system and winterize. They always inspect the system and make any repairs necessary. We have always been satisfied with their work.

Mr. Hines was prompt, knowledgeable and did great work in a reasonably priced, professional manner. He is a very nice person and was a pleasure to work with. I'd use him anytime I need work on my sprinkler system and would recommend him to others with no hesitation.

This is a great company that does excellent work and is easy to deal with . Their prices are very reasonable and I have recommended them to other family members and friends and they are as pleased as I am with their work. I highly recommend this company.

Overall, it was a great experience. Dave was very nice on the phone and said he would try to get to it in the next 5 days even though the weather was bad. He came out the next day and was able to trouble shoot the problem and fix the wiring, something I never would have been able to figure out myself. My wife said he was very friendly and helpful in giving us advice about our lighting system. His price was extremely reasonable given how much some people charge for this kind of stuff. I will definitely plan on calling him again anytime there is a low voltage lighting problem other than a bulb I can replace. This stuff is very frustrating for homeowners like me who are not really handy, but he seemed to figure it out quickly and was complimentary of the system we had and did not try to sell us a new one. Price, honesty and showing up are big and he delivered.

Dave did the job and we are happy. He had to push us back a week and I was worried it might get cold and freeze. He assured me he would clear the lines before any freeze or he would repair it at his own expense.

I called that morning, received a prompt call back and they came by later that same day, which is far better than I can say about my previous few experiences with this type of service. Dave and Mark were both on the job, and were very professional and courteous, not to mention the price is unbeatable. I plan to look them up again for future service.

I found this company on Angie's list. Dave was busy but still very responsive. We needed to have our 10 year old sprinkler system repaired. Some sprinkler heads were buried, one was missing. Very happy with all aspects with service. Excellent work and reasonable pricing.

Overall working with Dave was a terrific experience. Not only was he able to schedule my work much more promptly than I had expected at this time of year, but he was courteous, knowledgeable, reasonable priced and honest. Even though he had already quoted me the price to replace a head he thought was broken, when he found it only needed to be screwed back on he told me so and didn't try to charge me for the replacement head he intially thought I needed. I will certainly recommend him to others.

Dave responded very promptly to my phone call, arrived on time. He repaired the irrigation system and brought it up to code, re-doing work that was improperly done by the previous two services. The fertilization tank needed parts which Dave ordered and installed.

Mark and Dave came out on a Sunday afternoon and inspected the system. They found a leak in one of the zones and fixed that. They also suggested we replace our old Rain Bird heads with new heads, which we are in the process of doing. I will be using them for all of my sprinker system needs in the future. They are great to deal with and do a terrific job at a reasonable price.

Mark and his dad, Dave, installed the original system and have contacted me to schedule the winterization every year since. Last week when I was watching football, Mark called and scheduled the date to come out; his dad, Dave, did the work, and left an invoice for the work, which I paid via check through the mail.
