From the first meeting with Dan to the completion of the job everything went as he described. His employes are outstanding and they enjoy working for him. The installers were first class inside and outside.The two men that bored and dug outside were polite and explained everything they were doing. They did what another contractor said couldn't be done,not haveing to tear up my sidewalk. The man that did the installation inside was a perfectionist everything is plumb and straight no short cuts taken. A very neat and clean job. We purchased the 5 ton Climate Master Tranquility geothermal system and for two winters and summers it has performed flawlessly .Our heating and cooling bills have dropped . The difference in the cost between a new propane furnace , central air conditioner and this Geo unit will pay for itself this year.

My home had a 20 year old oil furnace and hot water system . My air conditioner/heat pump was only 4 years old and developed a leak. Geothermal Professionals supported me by installing an electric hot water tank before the rest of the system, so I did not have to purchase oil this season. They also serviced my air conditioner when it started to fail and moved my instllation schedule up by a month or so. They were very hard working and completed the job within a week. I was very satisfied.

I liked them very much. It was a very complicated process and they made it very smooth and simple.

It went well. They moved us forward on the wait list because we had no air conditioning in August. There were a few minor delays-refitting our duct work primarily. They were professional and courteous and neat. I was impressed. Our unit is quiet and efficient and I am glad we made the switch to geothermal. The cold winter months are still ahead.

Another contractor told us last week that our A/C unit couldn't be repaired and would have to be replaced. We called Dan Fant for a second opinion before spending thousands of dollars to replace it, and in one service call he was able to replace a few parts and get it running for us.
