Gregg showed up on time for initial appointment and follow up appointment. He is extremely knowledgeable about all types of garage doors; I believe most of his customers are commercial. There were a couple of hiccups obtaining the right replacement head unit (not due to his work effort), but alas he came through and did a great job! He was extremely professional and went out of his way to make sure the job was done right and at a fair price. Don’t let his Novelty address worry you! That diesel van will find you anywhere as long as he confirms your address. BTW, even though the job took longer, he held to his quote! I recommend Gregg to anyone needing garage door service work. Thank you Corrigan Door!

I called late in the morning, spoke with Greg and he had someone at my home before 1:00.
Very professional, very friendly, very efficient, very fast response on a very cold day.
The fellow that did the work quickly figured out why the door was not opening, it was frozen to the cement! and he took care of it and offered me advice and information about my garage door.

I think his name was Greg (I'm sorry I don't recall exactly). Corrigan was recommended to me by Homenik doors since they couldn't service this area on that day.

The response was quick. He fixed the garage door opener so that I could get my car out. He was only going to charge $20 for the call, but I gave him $40, because he was such a help.

He gave me a quote on the spot as to how much it would be to replace garage door opener and door. I chose to go with Corrigan over a larger company, because he was so responsive. (only $50 more). Again, in the installation they were quick and thorough. I highly recommend Corrigan.

Greg was able to put me into his schedule the morning immediately after I called. This was a double door, and only one of the two springs had broken, but he explained the reasoning behind the wisdom of replacing both springs, and gave me the option of replacing one or both. I chose both. He arrived promptly, was friendly, went about his business quickly, and did exactly what he promised. I would definitely hire him again when needed.

We've used Greg many times in the past 6 years. He eventually installed a new garage door and opener in our current house. The couple of times he had to "tweak" the new opener, he didn't charge us because it was under warranty. Greg is so awesome to deal with--reliable, efficient, and generous with his time and efforts.

I'm very happy with the way the new doors look and how they work. Our old doors were heavy wood and one was original to our 1926 house. They did not work that well and one finally broke and panels got jammed against frame of garage. Due to a sale we were able to get the mid-priced steel door (which has some rigid insulation on the back side) at a big discount, so we went with that. Chose a nice decorative window style that accents our older home. They are SO easy to lift compared to the old doors, and they look wonderful. Greg did a good job, worked quickly and efficiently and cleaned up all debris. I thought the price was good compared to some other estimates I got. A friend had recommended him.

We try to use him every once in a while for just tuning up the door. He does really good work and has very reasonable prices for broad sill repair. On the last job he put in a rubber seal at the bottom of the door because the concrete was a little unlevel and there were too many drafts and leaves coming underneath. We spent about $65 on that last job. He is definitely professional in his field. He has plenty of ways of contacting him.

Garage door looks good; I bought 2 remotes in case I lose one. I think the price was a little high, since I did not order the full insulated door, but Greg's workman was very good.

They were good in everything they did except their responsiveness. They said they would give me a call once the door was in to have it installed. They never did call. Once I got ahold of them, I had no problems. The workman was excellent and did a good job. Neat and cleaned up when the job was finished.

My garage door would not open and close properly. I called in the morning and my call was returned promptly by Greg. Greg said that he could come in the late afternoon. He called me when he was running a little behind to ask if it was OK for him to still come. Once he arrived he explained the problem to me and fixed it. After he left I realized that we had not tested the garage door openers and they were not working. I called him and he came back that evening to fix the problem. This company gets an A++++ for fantastic service. When we need to replace our garage door or opener, we will be contacting this company.

We negotiated a price on the phone. The owner came to our house and patiently showed us our options for colors, styles and manufacturers. We scheduled a time and it was installed by one of his employees as promised. One of the weather strips was not long enough and a temporary one was put up for a day. We like the door. It insulates better than the old one. The price was about $300 to $500 than other suppliers. Doors from Cleveland companies.
