He called back right away and scheduled an appointment that worked around my schedule. He came when he said he would, was courteous, friendly and to-the-point.

They were responsive, prompt and courteous. There were 2 leaks in my refrigerator, one which I had attempted to repair with a hose splicer a few months ago, plus a more involved leak in the water inlet valve. I was very pleased with the work.

There was a secondary problem so the machine continued to leak. They came back to my home, examined the machine again and determined that the problem was so severe that I'll need to replace the machine so my money will be refunded except for the $50 service call charge. While the washer was not repaired, they are a pleasure to work with and I felt the outcome very fair. They repaired my dryer about 2 years ago and that only cost $30!! Very positive experience!

Flushed mounted oven pulled out of cabinets. First repairman couldn't get it back into place. Called for help (Mike) Was told my cabinets were cheap and they couldn't get the oven back into position. If I didn't like it he (Mike) said that he would be willing to leave with oven not secured to wall.Because of this repair is the reason why I joined Angie's List. I do not want this to happen again.

We had used this service provider before, and so when the dryer wouldn't start, we called them. We reached them on Saturday morning, and the technician came out the same day. He said that it needed a new circuit board, and that it would take a day or two to order it in. We thought about it, since the dryer is ten years old, and then decided to have it repaired. We called on Monday to ask them to order the part. They did not call back, or return our calls, that entire week.
We finally reached them the next Monday, and the technician came out and replaced the circuit board.
When I used the dryer later that day, it seemed to be noisier than usual. When I looked behind the dryer, the exhaust hose was completely detached. My husband managed to pull out the dryer, and reattach the hose with duct tape.
The first time we used this company, they were prompt and the service was performed without problems. This time, they took a week instead of a few days to get back to us; they did not return our calls; and the repair was not completed correctly.

Our dryer stopped working (no heat). We called A Ameri-tech on Monday afternoon, received a call back in the early evening, and made an appointment for the next afternoon. The technician arrived precisely on time, and it took him only a few minutes to figure out what was wrong. He didn't have the part, but returned the next day and completed the repair. We were impressed with his punctuality, expertise and the speed with which he repaired our dryer.

He was quite young. He was very informative and was able to give me information about what was wrong and how it could be fixed. He was professional and did the job in a timely manner. He did it quickly and also cleaned up after himself. Everything was done perfectly. I liked him. We didn’t spend anything as the dryer was still under warranty. There was no charge.

A Ameri-tech were very responsive and sent a technician the same day I made the call on 12/1/2008. The technician found the problem quickly, but did not have a replacement part on hand. The part was ordered and the repair was completed the very next day 12/2/2008.
