Steve was great. He told me upfront what his charges were and what to expect. When I called, he was quick to handle my questions and concerns and was honest when it came to telling me that my computer couldn’t be fixed. He helped me locate another and didn’t charge me anything, because “he didn’t do anything.” It was a stressful day for me, having my personal computer that is for my work-at-home job suddenly stop and he definitely made it a lot better. I would have been happy to pay him the diagnostic fee.

I dropped my Dell desktop off to Steve the day before Easter. During a pandemic mind you. He told me he would phone me on Monday. I wasn't at all optimistic that it could be fixed. I thought best case scenario he may be able to save my files. When he called he said. " This is what's wrong. This is what it will cost and if you want me to repair it you can pick it up anytime tomorrow"! Now, I'm reasonably sure there was no magic involved? :) but ****! Thanks again Steve.

The owner, Steve, is a very competent and knowledgeable IT Specialist.  He was able to diagnose and repair my computer's performance problems for an extremely good price.  I have already handed out his card, and I will hire him again for any IT issue that plagues me!

Steve responded immediately to my call and was available that day to help, which is important since I own my own business and work off of a single computer. He got the work done for less than half of what other guys charged me years ago and he didn't try to sell me any unnecessary upgrades or stuff I didn't need. Great hours, 7 days a week. I sent a friend to him the next day. Forget the big guys - go local.

Steve did an excellent job. He was very personable and prompt, going out of his way to accommodate our needs. I live an hour away from my brother, who does not have transportation to take the computer into a repair shop. Steve generously made arrangements to pick up the computer at my brother's home and took it to his shop for repairs.
He showed up when he said he would and completed the work in a timely fashion to our satisfaction. He provided a detailed price quote beforehand and the final charges were accurate, with no unpleasant surprises. He even gave us a discount on the final cost as an Angie's List member!

We were in the maket for a new computer. After looking at reviwes and talking with Steve several times we decided to go with Your own personal coputer guy. Steve could beat the price of everyone he not only had a guarantee on his new computer he provided the softwear we requested. He was prompt very knowledgeble and effecient. He came to our house and installed the new system got our wireless system worling did much trouble shooting to ensure all the sytems were working. Tree days later we had an issue witha router Steve was right back to our home to investigate and repair. While he was at our home the second time our old eight year old cpmputer started acting wierd and Steve saved our memories. He advised us our computer old computer was crashing he wisked our hard drive to his shop right away to see if he could get the precious pictures and data out of the crashed hard drive. His expertise allowed him to retrieve our data. Not every computer salesman or computer tech would have done that. Steve has far exceeded our expectations and he he will answer our questions on the phone when we have them as we have solved a few problems over the phone. e just bought a laptop from Steve at a great price.
