Poorly. He used roofing tar paper under the floor and roofing nails instead of the correct paper and nails underneath the floating floor. We brought out another expert because the floor felt spongy when you walk over it. He lifted up a floorboard and told us that the wrong materials were used to lay the nice wood floor. Unfortunately the floor was layed improperly and we have to replace it again. He was a nice person with a good heart but he is obviously a roofer not a floor installer.

Dan quickly responded to my call within about an hour and promptly arrived to give an estimate. He performed the work 2 days later - The work was completed with excellent craftsmanship and exceeded my expectations. I spent the entire day with Dan, and I can attest to his positive attitude and professional demeanor. Overall I was very pleased and I definitely to use him again for future projects.

I received a list of four companies from Angie's list who might take on my job. I contacted all four, but only one - Young's Remodeling Handyman Service, bothered to call me back. I told him my plans, he came out the next day and gave me an estimate. Three days later he came back and did the work exactly as we agreed. His work was completed in less than two hours and was extremely well done. He gave me a 10% senior discount. I am very happy with the quality, punctuality, and value of his work. We plan on having him back for some additional work in the future.

It went very well, except I think some of the pricing was too high for work done.

He's very fair in his pricing. He's efficient and does quality work. He's timely, easy to get in contact with. He lives in Newark.
