We purchased an Echo chainsaw at Wright Brothers this past year and recently encountered a problem with it. The clutch burnt out and needed to be replaced. This is one of those repairs that may or may not be covered under warranty. Was it defective or poor use of the saw? Anyway, they took the repair to their Echo company representative and managed to get it repaired under warranty. I know it saved me a ton of money.
I also go there on a regular basis to buy chains and get older chains sharpened. Price is reasonable and they are quick.
Definitely would recommend them for service, parts and equipment.
