Description of Work: Sharpened chains for my chainsaw. Nice bunch of guys for the most part. It is easy to talk to them about issues or problems but sometime they talk down to you - just a little. But I will return. | |For the business - I am asking questions for help, not for lectures or for feeling dumb. Not all of us have 20 years experience with power equipment. So don't be surprise if I don't know something.

 + -1 moreWe purchased an Echo chainsaw at Wright Brothers this past year and recently encountered a problem with it. The clutch burnt out and needed to be replaced. This is one of those repairs that may or may not be covered under warranty. Was it defective or poor use of the saw? Anyway, they took the repair to their Echo company representative and managed to get it repaired under warranty. I know it saved me a ton of money. I also go there on a regular basis to buy chains and get older chains sharpened. Price is reasonable and they are quick. Definitely would recommend them for service, parts and equipment.
