Wheeland Plumbing does great work, and they’re super nice. I was impressed with the state-of-the-art equipment Brandon and Jeff brought: sewer camera line with its own wi-fi so we could see inside our sewer pipe on their iPad (the footage can be downloaded). While they were at our house, Brandon diagnosed a slow leak related to a deteriorated wax ring on our toilet. They had the parts needed on their truck and the resourcefulness to deal with the rotted wood without destroying our bathroom. While Brandon caulked the sink, Jeff got started working on the toilet. They didn’t waste any time. When we have plumbing issues in the future, we will be calling Wheeland.

Jeff was very friendly and efficient. He explained what was needed and answered any questions I had. I would not hesitate to use this company again if I could have Jeff do the work.

Perfectly! The Wheeland team was on time, friendly, and went above and beyond. Jon was completed quickly, and they provided advice and recommendations on ongoing usage.

Went very well. I had already purchased new bath faucet, but found that kitchen faucet had been leaking, so new kitchen faucet was purchased. The wash basin problem was one I had tried to fix, but could only do crude temporary fix. Ernie had the knowledge and expertise to fix problem correctly and permanently. Also showed me how simple it was to flush hot water tank.

I had all the sinks, tubs, faucets and counter tops on site but they were not installed. I provided the plumber with rough measurements and to height and location of drains and supply lines, but asked that he examine the items and make the final recommendation on location. When ready to install I discovered that the drains location of the lavatories interfered with the supply lines for the faucets and the water supply lines were too low, not allowing the cabinets to be installed. Supply lines were not secured or braced allowing for what I felt was too much play in the lines which could lead to fatigue and failure in the line. This was corrected at my request at a later date. Also, after installing the tub supply lines the line was found to be leaking and flooding my crawl space. They did come and repair the line on a weekend. I have called in another plumber to correctly locate the lines.

They were impeccable. For the price, they were moderate; they were not the cheapest one but they were far the best. They did what they promised they'd do.

Our toilet started leaking and needed to be replaced. I called Wheeland Plumbing and scheduled them to come out to give us a quote and possibly replace the broken toilet.
We purchased a toilet to use since we figured anything that they brought with them would be very overpriced.
The morning of the service call, the technician actually called beforehand to see what we might want in a toilet, but I missed the call.
The tech made the effort to pick up a toilet from the warehouse and arrived on time. He gave us a quote for the work and we ended up going with the toilet he brought with him that was only a few dollars more than the one we had gotten, and since we would be able to use the existing (round) toilet seat, rather than having to go buy a new (elongated) seat, the prices were actually close to being the same.
He did excellent, fast, work and he did everything possible to leave a clean workspace with little to no water mess from the old toilet.
We will definitely use Wheeland Plumbing again in the future for our plumbing needs!

Excellent service! Took a few days to get them there but that is to be expected when they are in such high demand. They repaired our bathtub faucet, stopped a nagging leak in the bathroom sink, and repaired our main water line. These guys know what their doing and they get the job done right!

Work completed quickly and effeciently, everything seems to work as it should.....

He was great; he and son used covers for feet: diagnosed and fixed the problem quickly: very personable ; cost was VERY reasonable.

This job was nasty and horrific! The toilet had leaked around the base. He came, removed the toilet and saw the problem. He explained that who installed the toilet did not put a basic piece on the seal, so it never sealed properly. Because of this, I had raw sewage leaking into my basement. I thought this repair was going to cost me hundreds of dollars. The young man that came out was so none judgmental and worked incredibly quick. He fixed the seal and cleaned the entire mess. He charged me so little, I burst into tears! He was as nice as could be. He down played the job like it was nothing! He was just super!

He also checked the flooring, including the sub flooring, to make sure there was no damaged to my floor or sub floor. I really appreciated that.
