Initial phone call was returned within an hour and service tech was at my house only 3 hours later. Chad, the service tech, did an excellent job re-setting a wax ring on a toilet in an upstairs bathroom. He was very professional, polite, and knowledgeable. He even did a great job cleaning up and left the toilet area spotless. I was very happy with the service and I will definitely use this company again. A+

They came on tome and were very polite. They explained everything to us. Because there were no local shut off values they had to shut off the water to the hose. (They installed local shut off values so that won't happen again.) To minimize our discomfort, they worked through their lunch hour so as to restore our water as soon as possible. They double checked everything and cleaned up after themselves. All parts and labor came with a 1 year full warranty. My wife and I are very pleased.
