I would say it was a good experience. They came out to look at the job promptly. We did have to wait over the weekend for them to start. One of their subcontractors held them up for a day, but that was not their fault. The drain is now working beautifully.

These guys are artists! They did a beautiful job with attention to detail. They saved all large rocks they encountered and placed them thoughtfully around the edges of the lake so they look as if they have been there forever. They were careful about preserving the surrounding trees. They listened to what I wanted and did what I asked of them. I couldn't be more pleased.
