We purchased a REO property for rental purposes and the oil furnace was not functioning properly.  We were not living in it yet and the plumbing was already bad so there was not a huge rush to get it fixed.  We called Shaw and they had someone out the next day.  The tech did a good job and was professional and knowledgeable.  He spent several hours replacing some parts and tuning up the system which had obviously not been serviced in a long time.  We also called them out spring of 2012 and had them service our home air conditioner and gas furnace and they did a good job at a reasonable price.  We tried to use them again February 2013 on the rental property oil furnace but unfortunately they do not currently have an oil furnace technician.  We will always check with Shaw first before going to another company though.
