We weren't sure if we had termites or not, but found evidence of wood damage at our home.  Rodney, the owner of the company, was extremely responsive when we inquired about his exterminating service.  He arrived at our home, performed a very thorough inspection, and concluded that we thankfully did not have termites, but carpenter ants instead.  Rodney took the time and patiently explained the services he could perform, and answered all of our questions in a friendly and professional manner.  He was extremely thorough when applying the pesticide and explained the follow up service he offers, which we took advantage of. We were extremely pleased with all aspects of this company, even while dealing with the stress of the situation.   We highly recommend this company and will be choosing them for any future exterminating needs.
