Ordered carpet for a 12’1” room, which they said I could stretch with 12’ wide carpet. Paid ahead. Carpet came in 1 1/2” narrow which would not work. They refuse to give me my money back. Will never use or recommend them again.

Their sales people are very knowledgeable, they are competitive in price, great follow-up and installation-wise they did an excellent job. They came when they said they would and took the time to do it right. All in all, it was a good experience. Ask for Sheila.
