Very well. I prefer to meet people face to face so I stopped by their shop. They were quick to help and gave me a quote based on what I asked for. Good people. They referred to a standard price sheet so I didn't feel that they were trying to take advantage of me and they sent a rep out the same day to confirm my measurements. Paid 1/2 down and the rest once the install was complete. Installers showed up on time, completed it in a few hours and cleaned up after themselves.

This is a mixed review. On one of the doors, I've had no problems. On the other door, I've had continuous problems and have to call them back again. On one door, they put on the handle upside down, which they came out to fix (which still was not done correctly). I will be calling them to have them out to fix it again. I'm a bit discouraged that I've had this happen, but they have been responsive so far. They had the best prices that I could find when getting estimates. I would have to think about whether I would hire them in the future.
