Initially telephone calls were not returned promptly but we persisted because we had used the company a few years ago to do a much smaller job and were very pleased with the results. Also we received a very positive recommendation recently from someone who has used this company on the good quality of their work. After the contract was executed the weather was not very cooperative and so the work was spread out over several weeks instead of a few days as we had hoped. However the work did not affect any of our plans and so we just let them work at their pace. I am sure that if we had had a specific deadline, it would have been met. But the bottom line is that they did a fantastic job. Their work was very thorough and they consulted with us when there were choices to be made through out the project. The patio looks great and having watched the team work we are convinced the patio will last several years. We are glad we were patient!

It was well done. I had used them twelve years ago and I was very pleased with them, the work they did then is still standing well. They told me when they would be able to come and they were able to come within that time.
