Everything went well.  Workers were courteous to us and worked well together.  They explained what they were doing if they had to do anything not specified on work sheet.  Answered my questions and went beyond requirement on a couple of items (flashing repair).

The work that they did looks fine. It was a fine experience with them. They did great work and they did it in freezing cold. We got estimates from a lot of different companies. They were slow in getting back. They were fine.

They did the work quickly. They did a good job on the exterior, but it would have been nice if they had given me heads-up about things coming through the roof so that I would have covered things up. They didn’t do a whole lot of clean up around the house; though they did some clean up.

They were replacing a roof that had been done by somebody else incorrectly. They got the old roof off and replaced it with a new roof very quickly and properly.

Set up appointment to have the roof inspected and find the problem. Mike was very prompt and on time. He found the problem in the cap shingles and suggested replacing them. The repair was done the following week and the bill was for the quoted amount. We will call them again for other roofing needs. Thornville, OH

I like them. They do a good job. They show up when they said they would for a reasonable price. The reason I stopped going was I needed some work done immediately and they couldn't get to me for 3 or 4 days.

I WAS DISAPPOINTED TO FIND THAT MIKE'S ROOFING SUB CONTRACTED THIS JOB. I WAS MISLEAD, AND VERY DISAPPOINTED. THE QUALITY OF WORK WAS NOT WHAT I EXPECTED, AND FURTHERMORE THE SUB CONTRACTOR DID NOT LIVE UP TO THE STANDARDS THAT MIKE'S ROOFING GIVES TO THEIR CUSTOMERS. I HAVE CONTACTED THE COMPANY, AND THEY ARE WORKING TO RESOLVE MY COMPLAINTS.
