I called and spoke with Dave. He sent his Electrician, Nick out for the estimate and scheduling.
The day the work was scheduled, Nick and Jeff showed up on time and did the worked.
Later I had questions about the job, I call Electrician, he states he is busy , but will call me back. I have been unable to get a call back to discuss.
