 + -1 moreMy experience with Magnum Heating and Cooling was horrible! They completed the installation of the ductwork, furnace and AC system however they never came back to finish the job. The AC system was never activated. They left a 5" hole in the block in the side of my house and never caulked. They never wired the AC unit. And they never installed any registers or grills. Repeated to calls to the owner of the company were ignored. A filing with the Better Business Bureau was ignored. Text messages to the owners cell phone were ignored. I was forced to hire another HVAC person to come and finish the job. Once the AC system was fired up it turns out that one of the welds on the lineset performed by Magnum Heating and Cooling failed and the system didn't work. I would strongly recommend that you NOT utilize this company. I never should have paid them in full until all aspects of the job were completed and confirmed to be working properly. Horrible service!
Description of Work: Magnum Heating and Cooling was contracted to remove an existing HVAC system and replace it with a new system. They were to do all of the ductwork & piping, Replace the A/C lineset and install all new registers and grills.

Description of Work: Central air was not working...called Friday morning and they were able to make it here early Friday afternoon. We had a little heat wave going on and HVAC companies were swamped that weekend. Replaced fan motor and capacitor the same day.
