The owner's follow-up has repeatedly been lacking. There have been several instances where he fails to call back for scheduling, is late for appointments, or fails to follow through on other requests. These remain ongoing issues and appear to be habitual based on our experience. We will be selecting a different vendor next time who can at least manage basic customer service.

Update: Our check was finally cashed six months later.

Slnformed to run clothes thru driers which I have done over the past 2 years because of other apts infestation.  That I have done 7 times.  Upon my infestation I had to do this 4 more times.
Initial bed bug inspection was just my bed not the couch.  Found after 2 sprays they were also in my couch.
We did research on this problem - how to avoid and how to treat.  This man told us not to believe what we read - in a condescending way.  We had bought some DE to scatter and he said that would cause cancer - although it was food grade.

They were superior in all aspects. We purchased a contract with them. We will continue to use them in the future.

Now he assumes I want him to come back, he wants me to pay $240 for last year and this year, even though it was his fault that he never came back or called. I consider this bad customer service.
