+ 1 moreMy experience with Home Depot was horrific All I can say
Description of Work: A very very long story short I had Home Depot install some cabinets countertops and flooring Cabinet installation was a mess Doors not lining up Drawers that would not shut properly Wrong size cabinets reordered cabinets wrong size Space for built in dishwasher was to large now to small Dishwasher door now hits sides of opening Countertops not installed properly not straight In general the worst installation job I have ever seen Many "corners " cut to make installation work Flooring came up the day after installation Bottom line after months and months of phone calls and visits nobody wanted to take responsibility for anything At one point in time all the issues where turned on to me It was my fault even tho Home Depot saw my house heard my concerns and knew exactly what they where getting into still took no responsibility to make things right Instead of dealing with me and taking care of the customer they refunded apart of my money I think to shut me up I WILL NEVER EVER shop at Home Depot or recommend them to ANYONE They do not care about the customer All they care about is their "bottom line" So If you do your research you will NOT USE HOME DEPOT It is almost a crime what they did to me and treated me LIARS AND THIEVES!!!

+ -1 moreThey have been great at selling us some small parts and other things. One time, though we were going to buy six thousand dollars of windows, but we couldn't find anybody to take our money. We waited for thirty minutes for the person we asked for and ended up going elsewhere. Their loss!
Description of Work: We have been going there for hardware needs for years.

+ -1 moreMy husband and I were trying to decide on which tree trimmer to buy when a salesperson wandered by. We stopped him and he was very knowledgable and helped us make a good selection. We are very happy with the product. We also like the store's 90 day return policy.
Description of Work: Sold us a pole saw for pruning branches.
