David Collins and his team from HiTech Pressure Wash did a great job on our exposed aggregate, concrete, driveway, patio and front walkway here at our home in Blacklick Ohio. I would recommend their services to others as they did a quality job, and they were flexible with their scheduling, communicated frequently, showed up on time, and completed the job in a quality manner.

They also clean parts that I didn't request as part of the estimate, which saved me some work later.
We received quotes for four areas of work. They were only price competitive on one area. The other three we decidied to do outselves.

Dave Collins answered the phone himself, and was very responsive to our inquiries. He met us promptly at the agreed time and date for the estimate. He took adequate time to walk through the building and ask what our work expectations were before carefully considering his estimate. We were impressed by Dave's professional demeanor and fair pricing, and contracted him to do the work. We had taked several estimates for the job, but High-Tech was clearly the correct choice for us.
The work was completed on the assigned date, and we were completely satisfied with the results. Dave came in at his work estimate price, and the job was completed on time. We also requested additional cleaning services while the cleaning team was there, and it was accomplished for a fair price, and good results.
We had Dave give us an estimate on external siding, walkways, and driveways of our private residence as well, and plan to again use High-Tech for this cleaning in the coming weeks.
Overall great experience. Dave is a great guy, and we recommend his company's services.
