Went very well. Gabe was on time. He assessed the problem and what needed to be repaired. He was efficient and thorough. The dryer is working well.

Woman that answers the phone is great. Very friendly and helpful. I requested a phone call if there was a cancellation and she called a few hours later. I got lucky, was going to be home, and the repair guy came that same day. He had the part my dryer needed with him, so he was able to repair it right on the spot. All told, my dryer, which stopped generating ANY heat over the weekend, was down for less than 48 hours. He replaced the heating element and it has been working fine since. Only thing I could see them improving on, and it's very minor, is to have the repair man wear shoe covers. My floor needed to be cleaned anyway, so it was no big deal, but had my floors just been cleaned, it would have been a minor annoyance. Aside from that minor detail, it could not have gone any better. Highly recommended.

Highly professional and effective and efficient work! All work was completed in less than two hours. I watched the work being done and it was completed professionally and thorough. Complete Appliance Service is on my short list of those I will call again for great work at a reasonable price.

Arrived within 2 hour time frame. Was very professional. Had to get a part, left to get the part and came back and repaired. Told me how to defrost the water in the door after checking to make sure that was the problem.

Everything was so easy with this company. I was not able to be home for the appt but my mom was there to let them in. The repairman called me after looking at the washer and let me know what needed done. I asked him to take a quick look at the wiring on the dryer and he did that for me as well. Took payment info over the phone which was very convenient. I will definitely use this company in the future for appliance repairs.

Wonderful- a sensor was bad and Gabe had one in his vehicle. He defrosted and cleaned motor etc replaced sensor and immediately the cool sir got to temp!

I think we had to wait a couple of days to get them to come out. We had a leaking dishwasher. They came out and diagnosed it very quickly. They realized it was an easy repair. I didn't need any parts. They just need to lubricate a part. It was nice to have someone say it was a simple repair, no part needed and no fuss.

Gabe arrived during the two hour window of time committed to by the office when we made the appointment. He assessed the washer problems and provided an estimate for the cost to repair. The problem ended up being the washer's transmission which would cost close to as much as buying a new washer. He suggested a new washer as a solution but offered to fix it if we preferred. I appreciated his honesty and willingness to look out for us, the customer, versus his wallet for the sake of making a dollar. The freezer required him to chisel 4-5 inches of ice from the bottom of the freezer and remove the back inside panel to fix the issue. He fixed it quickly and was able to work on the ice maker that had been broken for 2 years. He was very knowledgable and efficient. He had the extra part for the ice maker in his truck so he could fix it on the spot. I would definitely recommend Complete Appliance Service to anyone that needs a washer and/or refrigerator repaired.

One thing to keep in mind about the invoice total is that the home warranty company that you are a customer of has trouble finding service companies local to your area. Because of this they have asked to pay us a trip fee so that we would service your area. This does increase the cost, but because of our record of good service they feel it is worth it to them. I've used Complete Appliance before and they are knowledgeable and professional. They are clean and leave the area clean so as far as getting things done well and pleasing, Complete Appliance is great. They are pricey and I've gasped at the bill. The last service we had an appointment and after an hour late we called and technician said he was running late on another job. This is reasonable but when you're running over an hour late, a courtesy call goes a long way. Also, have used them with warranty work and they do fine but the techs are very impersonal and robotic about these calls. For example, a more practical choice was to replace an appliance but rather than make that recommendation he didn't and it would've been a negligible difference in cost, which we may have covered the difference. Overall, the work and technicians we've experienced have been trustworthy though in all a bit pricey. Still, a little more effort on customer service would be nice.

"Thank you for your review. Unfortunately, the customer's home warranty company always chooses the option that is cheaper, and did not ask for our opinion about whether the range should be repaired or replaced. It was cheaper to repair the range rather then replace it, and so that was the route they(the home warranty company) went. We are sorry the customer felt the price was high, but it was an older range and the control board we replaced was pricey due to few being available. Although the customer only had to pay a $75 service fee and the warranty company paid the balance, so in actuality $75 is not a whole lot to get your range repaired. Also, the home warranty company does not allow a customer to pay the difference to get a new appliance. The warranty company and only the warranty company makes the decision to repair or replace the appliance, they do not care what we(the repair company) or the customer would like to happen. And believe us, sometimes we would rather not have to repair a certain appliance, but like was stated we do not get to choose. One last point, as far as the technician being late and "robotic". Unfortunately, our previous call to the Chadock's call did run over and for that we are sorry, as soon as we were finished with the previous call we called the Chadock's and told them what happened, and let them know when we would arrive. At this point it was 6pm, and technically we were closed, but we wanted to make sure we completed the repair for them and get the range back running for them. So we worked until it was finished. As far as the technician being, robotic, we train our technicians to work quietly and quickly to get the appliance repaired as soon as possible, and like was stated, this was the last call of a very long day, which I'm sure everyone has had before."

This is the second time I have called on Gabe to fix an appliance in our home. He responded quickly to my call. He talked with me about what was wrong and took a chance on ordering the part he felt was needed based on my report of the issues with the dryer. There was a problem getting the part from his usual supplier, so he kept in touch by phone and email and gave me a choice of whether I wanted to pay for expedited shipping to get the dryer back in service sooner, which I did choose. I originally called him on a Friday and the parts place wasn't open on the weekend. He set up an appointment with a 2-hour window for the following Wednesday and came on time. He fixed the dryer and made sure it worked before he left. He is extremely polite and efficient, and I would definitely call him again and recommend him to others.

Came out less than a half hour after scheduled time, quickly diagnosed problem, had part on the truck and installed. Had our dryer working again in less than an hour, probably closer to a half hour. Problem was a bad thermostat which he replaced as well as the internal "breaker" that stopped the heating element from engaging after the dryer got too hot due to the bad thermostat. Definitely pleased with service and price - would not hesitate to call again (but hopefully won't have to for a long time).

On a Wednesday evening, I turned on my oven to preheat. Before I opened the door, I saw sparks and little flames coming out to the top element, so we unplugged the oven. I went to Angie's List to find a repair person and saw the good ratings for Complete Appliance Service and was glad to see he was close by. I was also pleased that he had an online appointment request feature on his website so I could get in line without waiting for the next morning. He called me promptly on Thursday and set the appt up for Friday so he could order the part and have it with him, which I appreciated. He gave me a 2-hour window for his arrival and was right on time. He fixed the oven and waited around a short while to make sure it worked properly. He was quiet, pleasant, and efficient. I could not be happier and will make CAS my go-to service provider for all the appliances in our home (since things always seem to break down in threes:))

Repaired the dryer, which is part of a stacked washer/dryer set...and he checked the washing machine to be sure there were no problems.
This was so much cheaper than purchasing a new machine,so I was very happy. (Yes, I fat fingered what I paid, so I have corrected...thanks Gabe).
