Kelly was flexible with the start date since he was waiting on us to do our "demo" part. He kept in touch during this process and answered any questions we had. Once we settled on the start, he called the evening before to remind us of his morning arrival. He was punctual and pleasant (at 7:30am) each day. He spent the first part of the morning prepping the area. He closed off the kitchen with zippered plastic to minimize the dust to the rest of the house. He was very thorough and thought out as to all the different things that needed to happen. He started with the lights, moved to the cabinets, and finished with the tiling. He also had to do some plaster repair since we had removed a soffit. Each day he finished, he cleaned up the entire area. The whole process took 6 working days. My husband and I are excited to start painting to complete the project. I can't say enough about Kelly and his professionalism and quality craftsmanship. He has made this "redo" project very tolerable. We feel very lucky to have found someone of his caliber.
