CARLOS, IS A FRIENDLY PERSON AND FLEXIBLE IN MAKING CHANGES AS HE WORKED. I TRUSTED HIM IN MY HOME WHILE I WAS AT WORK. THE INSTALLATION WAS DONE OVER A 4 DAY PERIOD, AND HE CAME BACK AFTER THE GAS WAS TURNED ON FOR THE START-UP. THE PRICE WAS RIGHT FOR MY BUDGET. HE WAS HELPFUL IN DISCUSSING THE VARIOUS ALTERNATIVES.

CARLOS IS GREAT - HE'S A HARD WORKER (WORKS SUN-UP TO SUN-DOWN - USUALLY 7 DAYS A WEEK!) AND MANAGES TO FIT YOU IN AS QUICKLY AS HE CAN. HE'S VERY PROFESSIONAL -- GIVES YOU THE STRAIGHT FACTS, DOESN'T TRY TO SELL YOU ON 'BIGGER, BETTER' STUFF, JUST WHATEVER YOU NEED AND NOTHING MORE. AND I FELT COMFORTABLE NOT ONLY HAVING HIM COME TO MY HOME WITHOUT MY HUSBAND HOME (WHICH IS USUALLY AGAINST MY "RULES"), BUT I ALSO WAS COMFORTABLE ENOUGH TO HAVE HIM COME TO MY HOME WHEN I WAS NOT THERE (ANOTHER "RULE" OF MINE). (HE ENDED UP INSTALLING A DIGITAL THERMOSTAT AFTER-THE-FACT -- NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE - WHEN HE FOUND OUT WE HAVE A LOT OF POWER-OUTAGES AND SAID WE SHOULD HAVE ONE TO EXTEND THE LIFE OF THE HEAT PUMP!)
